The fall TV season may have just kicked off for many of these shows, but you can still do a little binge watching to catch up on them. Of all the fall TV shows this is my favorite. Peter Capaldi is the latest face of the Doctor. He gives the character a hardened persona that still has a bit of whimsy. The Doctor can be picked up almost anywhere in any of the series, but to get a true feel for the full history start with the classic episodes on Netflix.

A country music queen struggles to maintain her place in the spotlight while dealing with an ambitious rising pop-country star who wants to knock her off the throne. Great drama, great musical performances.

A sci-fi crime drama based in the modern world. Ichabod Crane, of headless horseman fame, is resurrected in the modern world where he teams up with a police officer to stop the world from sliding into destruction.

The Walking Dead Season 6

The Walking Dead

Based on the comic of the same name, this hit TV show is now entering its sixth season. If you haven't started watching, you have a lot to catch up on. According to many, this is the ultimate zombie survival show; it even sparked a spin-off this summer with the launch of Fear of the Walking Dead, which just wrapped its six-episode debut season.
