Kim Kardashian Is Creating A New Reality Show To Make You Part Of Her Glam Squad

Lifetime's Glam Masters will be a competition of beauty bloggers to help Kim Kardashian find the next member of her glam squad.

Kim Kardashian West is looking to expand her glam squad, and she's opening the invitation to the rest of the world with a new reality TV show.

The upcoming Lifetime series Glam Masters will let beauty bloggers go head-to-head in the battle of their glam-skills for the ultimate prize of taking on the position as beauty director for the Kardashian apps, according to the application.

"Four lucky bloggers will go head-to-head on each week's episode of Glam Masters. Only a few will make it to the semi-finals and eventually finals, where one will become the Glam Master," the Lifetime website states. "The next big name in the beauty world could be YOU." (We can feel the drama heating up already, and you can be we'll be tuning in.)

And because Kim K. accepts nothing but the best, of course the application is no joking matter.

In addition to basic information, the questions get a little more in depth, with queries like, "What is your biggest insecurity?" (Yikes!), the applicant's beauty background, the number of social media followers he/she has, and his/her makeup philosophy.

It's safe to say the competition will be stiff. Not only are there a plethora of incredible beauty bloggers on the internet, but in an Instagram post from Monday's Met Gala, Kim captioned, "I have the best glam team!" So you know her standards are already sky high.

Stepping up into the MET like.... I have the best glam team! ❤️💄💋 thank you @makeupbymario @michaelsilvahair
