Neil deGrasse Tyson and B.o.B are in the Best Rap Battle Ever

The Twitter feud heard "round" the world.

In a world where entertainers become politicians, now musicians claim to be scientists. B.o.B announced via Twitter that the world is flat—and posted many conspiracies in an attempt to prove it. But, unlike B.o.B’s theory, the Twitter feud between the rapper and well-known scientist, Neil deGrasse reached new heights when B.o.B released a diss track, attempting to prove his theory the Earth is flat. Now, with the help of Steve Tyson, Neil deGrasse Tyson released his own track. And. it. is. EPIC.

It all started when rapper B.o.B went on somewhat of a twitter rant Jan. 24 trying to prove that the earth is not, in fact, round. Here is one of the tweets that started off this crazy conspiracy-laden event:

Reknowned astrophysisict Neil deGrasse Tyson couldn't keep from commenting and replied with this subtle jab at B.o.B's scientific knowledge:

B.o.B apprently isn't one to take criticism from actual professionals lightly, and dropped a hilarious, super-weird diss track, featuring Tyson talking about non-related science stuff. Unfortunately, B.o.B has apparently since deleted the track. Lucky for us, Tyson and his nephew released the most hilarious response ever, set to the tune of Drake's infamous "Back 2 Back'" diss track, appropriately titled "Flat to Fact".

If you only have time to check out the lyrics to Tyson's song, it's definitely worth it — the science (and pop culture) references are on point.

It's safe to say that Neil's nephew is a far better rapper than B.o.B is a scientist. Is this the craziest Twitter feud of all time, or what? We definitely have to side with Neil deGrasse Tyson on this one, and OG scientist Aristotle.
