Mona launches its first pop-up Supper Club this summer featuring a mélange of international guest chefs and cuisines of the world at its downtown pop-up restaurant space in Monastiraki.
As pioneering stage for experimentation for inter-disciplinary talent, Mona will showcase a curated program of events featuring exceptional, celebrated chefs recognized for their imagination and creative approach in seasonal cooking co-hosted by Paradiso, the itinerant supper club producers with previous events in Sicily, San Francisco and Milan.
The line-up ranges from fine dining Italian courtesy of Nole restaurant chef Daniele D’ Alberto (June 7) to thrilling French-Taiwanese by Paris based Demi Yeah (June 14) and the master of seasonal fare, Israeli chef Emil Pekarsky of OCD restaurant (June 28).
Suppers served at Mona’s Living Room (Kakourgodikiou 4, Psirri) will give attendees the opportunity to explore the hotel’s showroom spaces, where a collection of international art and design pieces are on view and available for purchase. The evenings will continue on Mona’s roof garden with a selection of Greek biodynamic natural wines from Athens’ favourite natural wine bar Tanini Agapi Mou, paired with eclectic tunes.
