Khloe Kardashian is all about that revenge body. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is busy promoting her latest endeavors (they include a new talk show called Kocktails With Khloe and a book titled “Strong Looks Better Naked”) and sharing her love of working out with the world. According to People Magazine, Khloe says that going to the gym is a total mind and body experience. She even says that it keeps her sane!


“I definitely think the physical and the mental go hand in hand. I feel so good in the gym that it [affects] the rest of my day. It’s a healthy addiction. It’s like buying your sanity,” said Khloe.

After caring for ex Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian realized that she really missed her routine and that she needed to get back into it to feel better. While she was determined to be there for Lamar, she also realized that she needed to take time for herself once she felt okay about leaving Lamar’s bedside.


“Mentally, it took its toll on me. But for the first month, I wasn’t even really thinking about that. It wasn’t about me. But once I started getting my feet back under me a little bit, I was like, oh my God, I need to get back to my routine,” she explained.


Khloe Kardashian sat down with Good Morning America on Wednesday where she opened up more about Lamar Odom’s recovery.


“He’s doing great but, you know, it’s a long journey and it’s something that he’s working really hard on. Every day is different. We take every day as it comes. I’ve learned not to really look into the future too much,” Kardashian said.

According to Hollywood Life, Khloe keeps herself occupied by working out. She works out four days a week with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson and has a diet plan that works for her. The takeaway? Khloe works hard to stay fit, but she says that she eats what she is craving — just not in large portions.


“I want whatever is quick, so having healthy items available when I’m hungry, there’s no excuse. I don’t deprive myself. I’ll still have a piece of cake; I just won’t have two of them,” Khloe said.
