Once upon a time there was a little girl who stayed home in the yard with her mother every summer. There were bees to watch and grass to roll in. It was wonderful. The little girl grew up and moved to the city where there were no bees to watch or grass to call your own. Outside meant a park—sharing with hundreds of other inhabitants of the city. She had a child and wanted that child to have summers like she used to have, but it was not possible to go back to the world she had grown up in and so her child watched TV all summer and played on the computer and went to the park with hundreds of other people. The End.
