Ok, we'll admit, we're a bit into the Pokemon Go craze. Who wouldn't want to stuff Pikachu into their pocket forever? Talk about instant gratification. However, for some players, catching fictional creatures isn't satisfying enough.
Digital entrepeneur Troy Osinoff saw some real romantic potential in the international gaming craze. Together with partners Pim de Witte and Rene Roosen, the trio launched PokeMatch, a Tinder-like dating app specifically targeted towards Go players.

The app's concept is simple: connect Go players hunting for critters in the same location with the standard Tinder formula. By using the same real-world GPS technology as the Go app, players are able to "see" one another and swipe right if interested, and left if not.
According to de Witte, PokeMatch has matched over five thousand players with thousands of daily users.
PokeMatch uses the tagline, "Find Your Brock or Misty," and as expected with any Tinder-esque app, users have also created some *interesting* bios to attract potential connections.

Thankfully, no sighting of any clever PokeBall quips yet...
All jokes aside, we do think this app has some real "poke"-tential. Who wouldn't want to catch 'em all with a hot date?
