Terms of Use Digital Services Act (DSA) - Regulation (EU) 2022/2065
The company under the name "MORE.COM ONLINE SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER SA" and the distinctive title "MORE.COM ONLINE SERVICES" (hereinafter the "Company"), which has been established and operates under the Greek Law, with headquarters in Marousi, Attica, Arcania Business Center, 18-20 Amarousiou - Chalandriou, with GEMI No. 006549001000 and VAT 998988329, as a provider of intermediary services, in the context of its compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on the single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act), declares and announces the following information: 1. Declaration on the Digital Services Act
The Digital Services Act is an important piece of EU legislation that aims to create a safe, predictable and trustworthy online environment for users and businesses. The Digital Services Act introduces new rules for digital services, aiming to enhance transparency and accountability for intermediary service providers and to achieve a high level of consumer protection.
Our Company supports these goals and is committed to complying fully with the requirements of this legislation. 2. Point of contact regarding the Digital Services Act
Any European or national authority competent for the implementation of the Digital Services Act, as well as the recipients of the services, may contact directly the specialised department of the Company on any issue related to the DSA, in accordance with Articles 9 to 12 of the DSA, through the e-mail address compliance@more.com. The languages of communication that may be used are Greek and English, however every effort will be made to communicate in any other language, if required. Please include the phrase 'Digital Services Act' or 'DSA' in the title of your email. 3. Information on the average monthly active recipients The Company complies with the Article 24 par. 2 of the Digital Services Act, according to which providers of online platforms shall publish, at least once every six months, in a publicly available section of their online interface, information on the average monthly active recipients of their service in the Union, calculated as an average over the period of the past six months.
The Company announces that, based on a calculation performed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the DSA and the guidelines set forth in recital 77 of the DSA, the average monthly active recipients of its services for the six-month period between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2024 is 1.406.180. This number will be updated every six months in accordance with the applicable acts and directives.
