The best wellness event in Europe, Navarino Challenge, returns with its key message “Sports Unites People”, bringing all people together, without discrimination while celebrating with them its 11 years of presence through sports, tourism and the history of Messinia.
Amateur and professional athletes from Greece and abroad will participate in the celebration of sports tourism that will be held on October 13-15, 2023, at Costa Navarino and Pylos.
More than 40 sports activities, with the presence of Olympians alongside amateur athletes of all ages and abilities, compose this year’s Navarino Challenge
Running in the magical Voidokilia
The participants will have the opportunity to run again this year crossing the dreamy beach of Voidokilia, with the Greek-American ultramarathon runner Constantine Dean Karnazes. The remarkable athlete and Greek Tourism Ambassador will strengthen for another year the participation of the Greek-American community.
Runners can secure their participation from now on, by taking part in the following running routes: Marathon (42km), The Greek Half-Marathon (21.1km), 10km, 5km and the 1km kids race.
Besides running the event includes the following activities in its schedule: basketball lessons & 4on4 basketball tournament, beach volley tournament, tennis (tournament & lessons), beachathlon, pilates, climbing, bike ride at Voidokilia, golf, boxing, crossfit, yoga, kayak at Sphacteria, high intensity training, spinning and more.
Special gifts for all participants
All participants will receive a bag, a technical t-shirt, a Messinian Spa product and rich gifts from the event’s Sponsors (last year unique Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro wireless headphones were given).
*Registration for the running races does not require participants to have booked an accommodation package.
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are only possible in accordance to the cancellation policy of the event, as indicated in this term. Refund of the total amount is approved in case of non-participation notice latest by 20/08/2023. Organization has the right to proceed to any changes (dates, routes) in case of extreme weather conditions or force majeure in order to facilitate and ensure the safety of the athletes. In the unlikely case of a race or the event in total being cancelled there are no refunds given and the next appropriate event will be offered as compensation. In the case of a race or the event in total being cancelled, the organization has no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of cancellation including any travel or accommodation costs, including your transfer to the event location.
