What transactions can I make at an OTRO Pay
You can carry out various transactions at an OTRO Pay, including:

1. Bill payments
You can conveniently pay over 350 types of bills, covering services such as Energy, Water supply, Telecommunications, Municipalities, Chambers, Insurance funds, Insurance companies, Traffic fees, ENFIA, e-paravolo, etc.

2. Redemption of viva codes
Redeem payment codes you receive from more.com or other viva.com partners. These codes are used for:
a) Tickets for events (theaters, cinemas, concerts) more.com
b) Basketball and football game tickets from more.com
c) Merchant codes (100,000+ partner companies, e-shops)

3. Viva.com account top-up
You can top up your viva.com account in two ways:
  • By paying the payment code issued by viva.com, specifying the desired amount.
  • By purchasing an e-money voucher of fixed denominations (10€, 25€, 50€, 100€), which can be used to recharge your viva.com account.
4. Deposit to an online gaming account
You can add funds to your online gaming account using cash, by providing the viva code received from the gaming provider*. Viva.com facilitates this service for legally licensed online gambling providers in Greece, in accordance with Law 4002/2011.

5.Mobile time renewal*
Renew your mobile phone credit (Cosmote, Vodafone, Nova, Q) conveniently.
*Currently available only at the METRO - My Market network of stores.

6. Cash withdrawal*:
You can use your card to withdraw cashfrom your account (as at any ATM).
Note that there's a withdrawal limit of up to 100€ per transaction.

It is noted that in EKO Kalypso stores network, there is a maximum limit of 300€ per transaction.

Useful information

Ferry tickets
The instructions for ticket collection vary and are determined during the booking process.
Please note that NO telephone bookings for ferry tickets are supported at 2117700000.

Event tickets
Upon completing your payment at a physical point, you will automatically receive your electronic ticket. Depending on the producer's policy, the electronic document may serve as your legal entry ticket to the venue, or it may need to be exchanged at the venue entrance for your official ticket.For all transactions conducted at cash registers of physical points as well as for transactions exceeding 1.000€, presentation of a valid police ID is required.
